Mt Etna
Complete the challenge of a lifetime and raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign at the same time. This sponsored trek is organised by professionals, leaving you time to raise funds and train for the big occasion.
19–23 May or 22–26 September 2010
The trek begins in Sicily’s famed ancient town of Taormina. From here, you will head to Mt Etna, the largest volcano in Europe (3,350m tall).
You will spend two days trekking more than 35km and exploring the Pista Altomontana, the circular path around Mt Etna. You'll also stay overnight in local mountain huts.
