Chicago Marathon
We have filled our last place for the Chicago Marathon.
Taking place on Sunday 11 October 2009, the Chicago Marathon offers an enjoyable run along a spectacular route.
With the iconic Sears Tower visible from almost every point, the race passes Lake Michigan, Lincoln Zoo and the Chicago River. When you reach the Presbyterian Church at Grant Park you’re only 365 yards from the finishing line and the well-deserved celebrations.
My son and I ran in memory of Inderia, and we really enjoyed the Chicago Marathon – it's a great city to run in.
