Wotton House
Wotton House, part of Principal Hayley Hotels and Conference Venues, has teamed up with The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign to host a variety of charity events on their behalf.
Events
A Christmas family day was planned in 2008. Father Christmas and his reindeer made a star appearance at the 17th Century grotto set in Wotton's grade II listed gardens. With face painting, biscuit-decorating and storytelling, the children were entertained all day while the ‘big kids’ enjoyed a little festive cheer with mulled wine and mince pies.
In April 2009, the Easter bunny visited Wotton House, hiding Easter eggs in Wotton's beautiful gardens for local families to explore. It was a great day with great weather too.
In September 2009, Wotton House are hosting a gala dinner for The Royal Marsden and presenting a cheque that will go towards the Children's and Teenage Cancer Centre. This will be a great event and a chance to celebrate the partnership between Wotton House and The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign.
Being linked to The Royal Marsden has had such a positive affect on the staff. We look forward to building our relationship in the coming years.
