Guarantees

The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign Trading Company Limited (RMCC Trading Co Ltd) unconditionally guarantees all items purchased through this site. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of your order for a complete refund. If the return is due to an error that we have made, we will gladly refund both the original delivery charge and the cost of return postage.

Returns procedures

All returns should be securely wrapped and sent, with the original packing slip and reason for the return, to the following address: The Fundraising Department, The Royal Marsden Hospital, Downs Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM2 5PT.

Delivery times

We'll do our best to ensure that your order reaches you with in 28 days of us receiving it. However, we do not accept any liability or claim arising from late delivery.
