Ed's Story

Ed took part in the Brighton Marathon 2025 after his Dad reached the 10-year anniversary of starting his treatment at The Royal Marsden.

“Ever since The Royal Marsden started treating my dad in 2015, I’ve always wanted to repay my gratitude in some way. Then in 2024 I was watching the London marathon and thought wow it’ll be 10 years on since my dad was diagnosed next year - he’s alive and well still thanks to The Royal Marsden.

Honestly…amazing, amazing, amazing. Atmosphere was fantastic, it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. Loved it.”

Thanks to amazing supporters like Ed, we continue to be there for everyone who needs us.
