In addition to this, we also have a facility to take payments by credit or debit card. Payment transactions are handled by our partner IATS, a secure payment processing provider. Your credit/debit card and related personal details are collected by IATS in order to process your donation. What we do with the information we gather

Any personal information you send to us via this website will be collected and stored, and used only for the purpose for which it was intended. For example:

  • If you make a donation, we will use your name, address and credit card information to process this payment.
  • If you sign up for our monthly email newsletter we will send you a regular email containing the latest fundraising and hospital news from The Royal Marsden.
  • If you email us to enquire about a challenge event we will respond using the contact details you provide.

We will not share the information you send to us with anyone else except in situations where third-party agencies are providing services on our behalf. For example, we may give your postal address to a mailing house so that they can send you a letter from us, or we may provide an event-organiser with which we are working with a list of participants and their contact details. We have agreements in place with these agencies to ensure that your data is kept confidential and is only used for the purpose it was intended.
