About the role

This is a pivotal time to join the Philanthropy team as we prepare to launch our most ambitious fundraising appeal yet: a £200 million development in Chelsea. As a Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will:

  • Manage an established portfolio of major donors and spearhead new relationships to secure six- and seven-figure gifts.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, Appeal Board members, and influential volunteers to maximise high-value giving.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Philanthropy team’s strategy, annual planning and reporting process, reporting against agreed income and expenditure budgets.
  • Manage the Philanthropy & Stewardship Executive.
