Cheque presentation

Community groups throughout the UK continue to kindly support The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. Thanks to their generosity, we are able to provide the best facilities for patients, introduce the very latest technology and offer the highest standard of care at The Royal Marsden.

Whether you belong to a Rotary Club, Round Table, Masonic Lodge, the WI, a Townswomen’s Guild, the Scouts or Guides, or any other community group, large or small, there are plenty of ways in which you could support our charity. We would be delighted to hear from you.

However you choose to fundraise, we are here to offer friendly advice and support, together fundraising materials for your event, such as:

  • collection tins and buckets
  • posters
  • sponsor forms
  • banners
  • balloons
  • T-shirts

To find out more please call our fundraising team on 020 8915 6105 or send us an email.

Spreading the word

We can send a representative to come and talk to your group about the work of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, or we can supply you with a copy of our DVD to play to your members.

The Marsden March

The Royal Marsden’s own unique fundraising event, The Marsden March, will next take place on Sunday 19 March 2017. Find out more about how your group can become involved:

How community groups have supported us

  • Each year the Cheam Rotary Club Santa’s Sleigh raises money for local charities
  • Epsom Rotary Club organised a variety of events, and together with other clubs raised over £30,000 for the Centre for Children and Young People
  • Sutton Synagogue raised money by creating a booklet and asking local companies to advertise in it
  • Stories like these are regularly published in our blog
