Free Will Service

Write your Will for free with The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and help fund life-saving research.

What is our Free Will Service?

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity offer our supporters a way to write their Will for free through our Free Will Service. Through the service, you can have a simple Will or Mirror Will written or amended.

Writing or updating your Will is an important decision. That’s why we have partnered with two specialist providers, The National Free Wills Network and Co-op Legal Services, to offer this free and easy-to-use service.

There is no obligation to include a gift in your Will to us when you use our Free Will Service, but by including a gift in your Will to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, you help make our work possible. Gifts in Wills help us to fund life-saving research at The Royal Marsden to develop new, better cancer treatment for patients around the world.

What kinds of Wills are included in the service?

Our free service covers the cost of a simple Will. If you need support for a more complex Will, you will need to pay the difference above the normal fee for a simple Will. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.

If you are writing a Mirror Will for you and your partner, our service can be used to cover the cost. You only need to register for the service once per Mirror Will.

Who writes my Will?
