We’re incredibly grateful for the generosity of all our supporters and want to be transparent about the fees we are charged by suppliers we work with, to process your donations.
Payment processing fees
Our suppliers help us to provide simple, safe and user-friendly ways to give, designed to make donating quick and seamless, so more people can give with confidence and ultimately raise more for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
Please see the below details of the fees for our card payment devices and online donation platform on our website.

Fundraise Up
When you make a donation on our website, you will be given the option to cover the fees charged by Fundraise Up, in addition to your donation. Covering these fees is entirely optional and we are deeply grateful for every donation, with or without the fees covered.
Other ways to give
We really appreciate every donation we receive, and we understand that for larger gifts, fees can add up. If you'd like to make a larger donation to us that will incur lower fees, we can support you through the process by choosing one of the following options:
Donation by phone:
By completing your donation by phone, we can process your transaction and only incur the payment processing fees for your bank or card provider.
Please get in touch by calling 020 7808 2233. the option to cover the fees charged by Fundraise Up, in addition to your donation. Covering these fees is entirely optional and we are deeply grateful for every donation, with or without the fees covered.
Donation by bank transfer:
If you'd like to pay in your fundraising by bank transfer, please get in touch by calling us on 020 7808 2233. Or you can email a member of our team at charity@royalmarsden.org for more details.
Donation by Charities Aid Foundation (CAF):
To make a payment via CAF, simply click the donation link here and search for our charity name or registration number in the CAF directory. Choose the amount, complete your payment details.
Donation by Cheque:
To make a donation by post, please make any cheques payable to ‘The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity' and send to:
