SMS terms and conditions

You must be aged 16 years or over and resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man to use the donation service.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have prior parental or legal guardian permission before using the donation service. Please ask permission from the bill payer before using the text or phone donation service.

If the keyword or short code you text is invalid, you may still be charged your standard network message charge.

You may make a donation of:

• £10 by texting ‘COVID’ to 70800
• £5 by texting ‘MUSIC’ to 70800
• £3 by texting ‘DANCE’ to 70800
• £5 by texting 'MARSDEN' to 70800 

Each SMS text message costs the donation amount plus one standard network rate message.

There is no limit on the number of times you may make a donation via SMS text but there is a daily limit of £30 per keyword on text donations. Further text donations will not be accepted if you have already donated £30 by SMS text in one day.

For any SMS text made or received your internet service provider and/or network operator may apply additional data charges. No refunds are available for the cost of any SMS text made, received or for any misdialled short codes or misspelt keyword.

If you do not have sufficient credit in your mobile account or if you have sufficient credit for a standard network rate message but not for your donation or if you are otherwise unable to access the short code because of any settings on your mobile account your donation may be unsuccessful.

By making a text donation you are agreeing for further contact from The Royal Marsden Charity on how to support the charity. If you want to opt out of any further communications please text RMHSTP to 78866.
