The 13.1 mile Semi de Paris takes you from the Bois de Vincennes park, along the Seine into the centre, on to Hotel de Ville and loops back around again. After 2025's sell out event, join Team Marsden and see what the buzz is all about!
Spectators line the Parisian streets to cheer you on with many musical events along the way. This beautiful course is relatively flat, allowing a significant number of runners to beat their personal bests.
Please note that for this event you will need to provide a medical certificate.
Have you got your own place on this event but still want to be part of Team Marsden and raise money to help people with cancer here and across the world? Just get in touch and let us know.

Richard and Luke took on the Paris Half Marathon after Richard's niece was being treated at The Royal Marsden.
"The care and support given by the Marsden made us want to raise some funds during a really challenging time for our family. The day itself other than tiring was an amazing experience. The number of people in the run as well as people lining the streets of Paris was remarkable. The route takes you past landmarks you wouldn’t traditionally see as a tourist so it’s a great experience.
We would recommend this challenge to other people. The time of year means it’s cool weather and it isn’t mega busy at that time. We booked a meal at a lovely place to eat in the Marais after the race. This is good advice as we deserved a treat after the run and raising a couple of thousand pounds!"
Thanks to supporters like Richard and Luke, we can we continue to be there for everyone who needs us!
We’d love to keep you up to date with inspiring stories, the latest breakthroughs, and ways you can make a difference.
