This popular riverside challenge sees more than 3,000 participants taking on the Thames Path which follows England's greatest river from Putney Bridge to Henley. Take in historic landmarks such as Hampton Court and Runnymede where the Magna Carta was signed.

The Thames Path Route

Whether you take on the full 100km route, or a shorter challenge, join Team Marsden to discover the beauty of the England's greatest river while raising vital funds for ground-breaking cancer research. See the route map here

  1. Start in South West London at leafy Bishops Park
  2. Follow the bends of the River Thames through Richmond and towards Deer Park
  3. Pass the magnificent sights of Hampton Court Palace
  4. Continue on to the meandering waterways of Runnymede
  5. Head north towards Windsor Castle and Cookham
  6. Finish your trek at Henley-on-Thames, famed for its regatta, with a well-earned hot meal and celebration
