Job description

The Philanthropy Administration Executive plays an important role in supporting The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity’s high‑value fundraising by ensuring donors and partners are thanked, recognised and kept informed in a timely and meaningful way. Sitting within the high‑performing Philanthropy & Partnerships Directorate, this role provides essential administrative, data and project support to ensure donor communications, stewardship and recognition activities is delivered accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.

Working closely with fundraisers, senior stakeholders and hospital colleagues, you will manage data lists and mailing processes, coordinate donor communications and recognition activity, and support the delivery of key stewardship projects. From producing donor recognition, to ensuring records are accurate and compliant, this role helps maintain the smooth running of activities to strengthen long‑term relationships with the Charity’s highest-value donors and partners.
