Make your mark at one of the UK’s major tourist attractions on this amazing half marathon at Hampton Court Palace.
Take in the amazing cultural sights of Henry VIII’s stomping ground on this flat, picturesque route. Starting within the palace itself, before heading out along the Thames, this is the perfect race for keen runners and beginners alike.
Check out what lies in store for you when you sign up to join Team Marsden for the Hampton Court Palace Half Marathon!
1. Start within the picturesque Palace grounds.
2. Head out alongside the Tow Path adjacent to the Thames.
3. Reach the end of the Towpath for the first time and head across the Kingston Bridge.
4. Run back alongside the opposite side of the river.
5. Re-enter the Towpath again.
6. Arrive at the split for a second time, and turn left.
7. Enter the beautiful Home Park for 4K.
8. Finish with an exciting sprint finish back inside the Palace grounds.

"I was treated by the Royal Marsden in 2018 for testicular cancer. After such a terrifying experience of the diagnosis in my local hospital, I instantly felt a sense of reassurance when I visited for my first consultation at Chelsea. It’s not easy to describe the feeling, but I knew then that anyone who was facing the same diagnosis as me should have the opportunity to be treated by the Royal Marsden. On the day, the atmosphere was great and very enjoyable - I will definitely be signing up for more events in the future!"
