A star for a star Every December, thousands of gold stars are displayed on the Christmas trees outside our hospitals in Chelsea and Sutton, each one with the name of someone special. Michelle's story - a star for my daughters Michelle was just 33 when she was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, she names stars for her daughters Gracie and Annabelle Natalie and Charlotte's story- a star for our Mum Natalie takes part in the Celebrate a Life service in Sutton every year, naming a star in memory of her Mum, Sara, who was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2011. Jenny's story - a star for my daughter Jenny donated to Celebrate a Life last year in memory of her daughter, Charlotte. Mary's story - a star for Mum Mary is one of the wonderful volunteers who help to get all the stars ready for the service, she also names a star for her mum.
