The RHS announces ‘Catherine’s Rose’, bred by Harkness Roses, named for Her Royal Highness The Princess of Wales

The beautiful coral-pink rose seeks to raise awareness of the important role that spending time outdoors plays in bringing us joy. With donations from every sale coming to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, It will also fund the creation of a unique training programme for clinical teams across the country that will help to ensure patients who need intensive support live well with, and beyond, cancer.

Despite a stage 4 melanoma skin cancer diagnosis in 2017, Shiona is now able to live life to the fullest thanks to targeted drug treatment at The Royal Marsden.
